Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products most gifts ship out within one to two weeks from the date of order. For items that are not handmade, most gifts ship out within one week. Should there be any concerns with your order guest services will contact you immediately. We use USPS and Fedex. Our shipping rates are standard which is calculated and visible at the time of checkout.

We respect your privacy and assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly. The information you provide will not be given to any third party without your permission. Returns
Please read this carefully. Due to the handmade nature of our gifts, all sales are final. For our gifts that are not handmade, you have 10 days (from the day you receive your item) to return your item in order to receive store credit only. Please contact guest services for return information. While we take care to accurately describe each piece, it is the buyers responsibility to review all descriptions provided and note all measurements before making your purchase. Handmade items may vary and product variation is to be expected. If you receive your gift and it is damaged please contact us immediately by phone at 973-523-0444 or by email at guestservices@ohsoprettycollections.com.
